• The date you submitted your coupon request

• A quick note on what's happening (e.g., "requested June 20, still pending" or "OTP not arriving")

Bookmark it and check periodically instead of waiting on email.

Still no credits showing after 48 hours of your outreach?
Send a polite follow-up on the same email thread — don't start a new thread, that resets your place in line.

Already requested a coupon before July 9? You're safe.
Every request submitted before July 9 @ 1:00 PM EDT will be honored, even if it takes a few days after the deadline to reach your inbox.
You do not need to re-submit.

🛟 Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Before you email support, try these — they solve most of the tickets we see:

• Not sure if your request went through? → Look for a confirmation email from Alibaba. If nothing, resubmit before July 9.
• OTP not arriving? → Try a different phone number (usually carrier-related — works ~90% of the time).
• Registered twice by accident? → Include both email addresses in your support message so they can merge/verify.
• Coupon email went to spam? → Search your inbox for "Qwen Cloud" or "coupon" and check your spam/promotions folders.

✅ Yes — You Can Still Win Using ONLY the Free Tier
