Where can I provide demo login credentials in the submission form?

Hi! I’d like to ask if there’s a section in the submission form where I can provide login credentials for my demo application. Due to my limited token credits, I’d like to restrict access so that only the judges can evaluate the demo instead of making it publicly accessible.

    Hi Joyce,
Thanks for your question! The submission form's Testing Instructions field is where you can include login credentials or access details judges need to evaluate your demo. There isn't a separate private-credentials field, but submissions and their testing details are visible only to the organizers and judges, not the public, so adding your demo login there keeps access limited to the judging team.

Please see the rules for full submission requirements: https://qwencloud-hackathon.devpost.com/rules, "Access must be provided to an Entrant’s working Project for judging and testing by providing a link to a website, functioning demo, or a test build. If Entrant’s website is private, Entrant must include login credentials in its testing instructions. The Entrant must make the Project available free of charge and without any restriction, for testing, evaluation and use by the Sponsor, Administrator and Judges until the Judging Period ends. Judges are not required to test the Project and may choose to judge based solely on the text description, images, and video provided in the Submission."

Hi Keshya, I had looked into the submission form, and can't locate where you mention about the Testing Instructions field. As you can see from the following list of the form labels I can see in my submission form, there aren't any part that mention Testing Instructions field. The best find is to "Provide a URL to your code repository for judging and testing." and it is only an URL to the code repo, not testing instructions. And if I put the login credentials and testing instructions in my code repository will just mean I am releasing it to the public, since the code repository is public accessible with opensource license? Can you put up a input textarea for a testing instructions in this part of the form?

Since I am unable to include a screenshot, this is what I see inside the submission form for the Additional info (for judges and organizers):
    - Submitter type (individual, team, organization)
    - Organization name (if applicable)
    - Country of residence of yourself and team members (if applicable)
    - Is this a newly built or previously existing project?
    - What date did you start this project (MM-DD-YY)
    - If your project was started or existed before May 26, explain what you updated during the submission period. (We recommend explaining this in your text description, too!)
    - Which Track have you selected for your project?
    - Provide a URL to your code repository for judging and testing.
    - URL to your code file showing proof of Alibaba Cloud Deployment.
    - Architecture Diagram showing a clear visual representation of your system
    - Provide a URL to a published Blog or Social Post showing your journey building with Qwen Cloud to be eligible for the Blog Post Prize
    - Which AI tools have you leveraged while working on this project?
    - Describe the level of learning you/your team derived from the project
