Eligibility Question – Participant from India Unable to Register on Qwen Cloud

Hello Hackathon Team,

I am interested in participating in the Global AI Hackathon Series with Qwen Cloud.

I am a resident of India. While attempting to create a Qwen Cloud account, I could not find India as an available country/region during registration.

Could you please clarify:

1. Are participants from India eligible for this hackathon?
2. If Qwen Cloud registration is not currently available in India, is there an alternative registration process?
3. Can Indian participants use an existing Alibaba Cloud account or another approved method to access Qwen services?
4. If India is currently unsupported for Qwen Cloud registration, would I still be eligible to participate and receive prizes?

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide, as I would like to begin building my project as soon as possible.

    Hello Rafi,
    Unfortunately, individuals residing in India are not eligible to participate in or be judged for this hackathon.
    Per the Rules: https://qwencloud-hackathon.devpost.com/rules, this hackathon is not open to Individuals who are residents of any country, region or territory where registration on the Qwen Cloud website is currently not supported. This includes India which means participation from India is not possible. 

    We appreciate your interest in the hackathon and hope to see you in another hackathon in the future.
