Solo builder with a working core — looking for 1–2 teammates to win a track

I've already built and tested a containerized Autopilot Agent for this hackathon:
persistent memory with provenance, source-grounded verification, a human-approval
checkpoint, a fail-safe circuit-breaker, and a tamper-evident audit trail (append-only
hash chain a judge can scroll and cryptographically confirm nothing was altered). It's
the "provable trust" angle this enterprise rubric rewards — and it's a foundation to
build a sharp vertical on top of.

I'll own the agent / verification / backend core. Looking for people who cover what I
don't: demo & frontend, pitch & business framing, and ideally someone who's deployed on
Alibaba Cloud (Qwen-on-Alibaba is required). Targeting the MemoryAgent or Autopilot track.
