Alibaba Cloud Ecs

May I ask if I can only use Qwen API and use cloud services from other sources because I have identity verification problems on Alibaba Cloud?

  The Project Requirements not the you must use Qwen Cloud. You wil also be required to show proof of Alibaba Cloud Deployment. Please reference the Resources Section and there is documentation and FAQs on how to address that portion.
