Does a Bailian (China region) API key satisfy the "Qwen Cloud platform" requirement?

Hi, I'm building a project for Track 3 (Agent Society) using the Qwen API via the dashscope Python SDK, with an API key created from the Alibaba Cloud Bailian console (China/Beijing region, bailian.console.aliyun.com). I want to confirm this satisfies the rule requiring access via the Qwen Cloud platform — since Bailian and Qwen Cloud (home.qwencloud.com) appear to share the same DashScope backend infrastructure (dashscope.aliyuncs.com domain). Do I need to additionally create a separate key specifically through home.qwencloud.com, or is the Bailian-issued key sufficient for eligibility? Thanks!

    All of the models used through Alibaba's platform share the same Dashscope infrastructure. QwenCloud is their international platform and it's still new. Hackathons are meant to be marketing pieces. I think you still get a a separate API key from home.qwencloud.com to satisfy the requirements.

    Eligibility is critical. Don't risk it. You can visit the Discord group to ask but they tend to be slower in responses.

    Try going to their Discord channel and asking their mods. They would tell you to give them their email in order to "escalate" it, but I received my voucher after 5 business days, so I'm not sure if it's really escalation. In total, I waited 20 business days so I guess, be patient!
