Didn't Receive QwenCloud Credits

Hi. I've registered for the free trial but I haven't heard anything back. It's been more than a week and whenever I clicked on the free trial link, I would get notification: "Your application is under review". I don't see any credits applied to my QwenCloud account either.

    im not an organiser, but try check the alibaba cloud? i think i got it 10 business days after apply the coupon and 3 days after logging in into alibaba cloud, click billing, under my billing account, then click coupons.

    You can join the Discord from the overview page on the site.
    1. Click the "Join Discord" button
    2. Add your message in the Hackathon Channel and @Mysterion

    They will ask for your corresponding email address via Private message to provide your update.

    Hey @Dhiya. Did you ever receive a confirmation email that your coupon had been applied? And what is the url for checking Alibaba billing (there are so many pages on Alibaba)? Is it billing-cost.console.ablibabacloud.com?

    I received email of "Coupon Request Received" on 29 May then "A coupon sent to your Alibaba Cloud Account" on 9 June. and for the url its this yes its https://billing-cost.console.alibabacloud.com/home . Try to look at ur left sidebar then click the drop down for the billing account, and you will see coupons
