Alibaba cloud & Qwen cloud?

Hi I understand that this is a Qwen Cloud challenge, so clearly we have to use that. But the overview page also states that all submissions must "Include Proof of Alibaba Cloud Deployment" - is this a separate thing to Qwen Cloud or the same?

More explicitly, if we submit a project that only has components deployed to Qwen Cloud and we include proof that it is deployed on Qwen Cloud is that sufficient?
