Registration verification

Please advice when will the registration verification process complete?
My coupon request goes almost 6 days but haven't got official response yet.

    I'm a resident of India, which is eligible per the rules, but India isn't in the Qwen Cloud registration country dropdown. How should I register so my prize eligibility isn't affected?
